A Religious Debacle

History and archaeologist have confirmed the earliest human being prayed and feared "SUN". The warmth and comfort from sun on chilling winters must have given them the idea of power source.
With due course of time and increase in awareness with increase in needs mankind started thinking of new power sources like the clouds, thunder, rain, sea, water, fire, earth, animals etc. started the process of recruitment of new Gods and demigods. People started socializing and made colonies and groups and the definition and segregation of gods which was previously a global understanding started developing locally. Human customized the definition further more considering the surrounding geography and to attain a civil society. Like in a rain forest they will prey woods, in desert they will prey the desert animals, etc. So here the religion got distributed by different power sources.

Great philanthropist and thinkers of that time who were thinking of the greater good of the society started making stories and myth on concepts like “Punishment”, truthfulness, empathy, forgiveness etc including GOD in those stories so the public could understand the value system of the society. It was a process to follow because of lack of language. But at the same time parallel to this reformation process of the civil society some people took advantage of new definitions by corrupting the definitions so that they can acquire power. For example making stories about rivalry among gods like Zeus and Hyades, Loki and Thor etc. My understanding is that when they were creating or writing the story involving gods they may have got carried away a bit too long. You see the more the story goes the more complicated it becomes and to make the matter the worse different outcomes and understanding can be derived from that. So here the religion got differentiated form point of view.

Now with the modernization of the ongoing society came the time of empires and kingdoms. There was a substantial difference in the division of power. The weak got exploited and the rich and powerful went on exploiting. With centuries of exploitation the sufferer went on looking for redeemers. And then came the time of spiritual messiah’s. These people were great thinkers who had the simple ability to look beyond the problems of their own. They had definite morals and ethics of their own and with that they choose to defend the people whom they care and whose sufferings they could not withstand. They profess very simple things like the group could solve a problem if an individual is not capable of doing it. They brought a new sprit to the wounded, both physical & mental. They brought new ideologies, new practices on the sole purpose of keeping the environment and self clean which in turn give a healthy mind set. They guided the philosophically misguided. With due course of time they had followers and disciples who learnt their teachings. After them their works and documented verses were followed and here some people who were power hungry saw a way of commercializing the whole process. So they made institutions and did branding and acquired more followers by taking necessary means. These institutions got so powerful that they even got beyond the powers of kings and borders. But due course of time the inevitable occurred again. In these so called religious institutions started the war of priorities which led to the more divisions of religions. So here religion got differentiated by so called religious institutions.

So here I am thinking what and where it all got wrong. Is it some one particularly to blame or is it a natural order pertaining to human behavior? Is it a nature’s way of balancing the human race by creating difference so that to bring a order?  Or are we just being FUCKING STUPID!!!

What should have been so pure and wonderful was transformed to something hideous and monstrous. What something should have been for making you a perfect being made you something who is in constant vigilance around his surroundings?

After a lot of arguments what I still believe there are a lot of bullshit in religion views which are the results of different point of views and different adaptations to the generation change.

In extreme harsh ways I can describe the religion as follows.

“There was a new underwear which was comfortable and soothing to his owners, then it got inherited by the successors and the damn fools forgot to wash it and went on wearing it. And now we are the current owners of the underwear. So it is upon us whether we wash it and remove all the millenniums of dirt and filth of previous owners or we as well just go on enjoying the itchiness in the crotch!!”
